[b][color=#3498db]Why would you like to become a valuable member of our staff team?[/color]    [/b]I have been a Garry's Mod user for quite a while, racking over 3,780 hours and counting, and surely, there is a [i]sore open wound right from the beginning[/i] as you can see, as I have 12-13sh hours logged on. Ouch, right?     But do not let the hours on hand on the current server discourage you. I have had experience with countless DarkRP servers and to my current assumptions, this one is fairly new, and excuse me if I am wrong. But from what I can see, the staff members here have faith in the community and the players are unique and each to their own, they have a unique mentality and bring out the lively-hood of a roleplay server. I have a feeling that [b][i]Hydrogen Gaming[/i][/b] will continue to grow it's community and leech out to other games, and also branch out with multiple Garry's Mod servers. I have always found enjoyment of moderating servers and managing communities, not only in Garry's Mod, I've done quite a few situations where administration and staff comes into play, and I am definatley not short-handed when it comes to that. But the quality of a staff member that most important is that they are a person who cares. They are only human, and a staff team is as best as it's worst staff member. A community that cares can apprehend any problem and suture any wound that happens amongst the community, A staff member that cares and is honest usually does not make mistakes and has a good intention, sure, they might make an error here or there, as nobody is perfect. But it is up to the community and associating staff members to decide the fate, was [i]so-and-so[/i] an essential to this team? [i]Did he really help out here?[/i] [i]What did he do?[/i] [i]Is he a [color=#3498db][u][b]good person[/b][/u][/color]?[/i] A good quality for a staff member is humanity but relentless in decision making that is well thought out, as a staff member is not a normal player, they need to make sure the decision they are doing is correct and will help out the community, even slightly. A staff member needs to mix in with its community and well liked among the regular players and newcomers. They need to understand that favoritism can bring a community down and being too passionate for someone who has done wrong can also bring a community down, even if it is slightly. [b][color=#3498db]At what times do you frequently play on the server?[/color]    [/b]I am able to be home usually by 3:00 EST and play until 11:00 EST unless there is an oddball thrown to me that can change my playtime.
